Scott Ginn
Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Scott Ginn is Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and oversees all aspects of the company’s financial operations, capital and financing strategy, public reporting and investor relations in addition to day-to-day operations and executing the company's long-term strategy.
Mr. Ginn has been a leader of the Amedisys financial team for 15 years. Most recently, he served as the company’s Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing all accounting operations, cost control systems and financial reporting. As Senior Vice President of Accounting and Controller and Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Amedisys, Mr. Ginn played a pivotal role in leading financial operations and building strong relationships with analysts, lenders and shareholders. In his various roles, he helped oversee the growth of the company from a $500 million organization to $2 billion.
Prior to joining Amedisys, Mr. Ginn served as a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville, a professional accounting and business advisory firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Louisiana State University.
Caitlin Franklin
Acting Chief People Officer
Caitlin Franklin is Acting Chief People Officer for Amedisys, responsible for enabling the culture, attraction, support and development of the caregivers who provide clinically distinct care to more than 465,000 patients each year.
With more than 20 years of human resources and healthcare industry experience, Mrs. Franklin has played a pivotal role in shaping the Amedisys people strategy for the past four years, creating clinical capacity, enhancing business alignment to strategic objectives, overhauling clinicians' first year experience to boost retention and more. Previously, she served as Senior Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Talent Management for Brookdale Senior Living.
Mrs. Franklin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University.

Denise Bohnert
Chief Compliance Officer
Denise Bohnert is Chief Compliance Officer for Amedisys, managing the Company’s ethics and compliance program, which is designed to promote ethical practices and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Mrs. Bohnert brings more than 15 years of valuable healthcare compliance experience to the role. Prior to joining Amedisys in 2017, she served as the Compliance Officer for Signature HealthCARE, where she created and administered a compliance program for nearly 150 skilled nursing facilities and home health locations, and Division Vice President for Kindred Healthcare.
Mrs. Bohnert holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University and a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law with a Health Law Curriculum Designation. In addition to her Registered Nursing License and her Law license, Mrs. Bohnert also maintains her Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).
