In partnership with the Hospice Promise Foundation, we are proud to be able to offer assistance to patients and families who are unable to afford essential, non-hospice-related expenses at the end of life. This includes needs such as rent and utility bills, emergency repairs, personal care items and food assistance.
The foundation also provides funding for patients’ last wishes, burial assistance, and community projects like bereavement camps for children and educational outreach programs for end-of-life care.
