AssistedCare joined the Amedisys family in April 2022. Amedisys is proud to continue AssistedCare’s tradition of excellent patient care and to provide additional scale and resources to care for more patients across North Carolina.
Our home health team helps patients recover from an injury or illness, maintain independence at home for as long as possible, delays or prevents the need for facility-based care, empowers you and your caregiver to manage your health at home and prevents unnecessary and potentially costly trips to the hospital.

Call our team below to speak to a home health specialist about whether home health care is the right choice for you, your loved one or your patient. Our care centers are staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with 24/7 on-call availability for urgent needs.
