Jacqueline Chen Valencia is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Prior to joining Amedisys, Jacqueline served as Vice President of Public Relations and Corporate Communications for Adecco Group, the world’s largest HR services firm, and was responsible for leading external/internal communications, strategic sales marketing and brand strategy for Adecco Group companies in North America.
Additionally, she served on Adecco’s Executive Leadership Team and helped manage the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Mrs. Chen Valencia was a Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Practice in New York for Ogilvy PR Worldwide before joining Adecco. As a SVP at Ogilvy, she co-led the firm’s New York Corporate Practice, serving professional services, financial services, health care and consumer companies.
Her in-house experience includes spending a year on Wall Street at The Abernathy Group, a mid-sized hedge fund, where she served as Marketing and Public Relations Manager. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism/Mass Communications from New York University.
